Something that happened or was uncovered recently anywhere in the world. It doesn't have to have global implications. Just has to be informative in some way.

Only if one of the parents is a citizen. In this case, both parents are on the work visas, so no.

Huh I didn't know that. The kids born here should be enough. I can see the government's side it's a big hit to the taxpayers pocket. It's a shame we don't have a bunch of robber barren thieves who rape the countries natural resources for cheap to turn profits in the billions who we could tax a bit better to cover it.
