Funimation sucks. I subscribed and their app/website was absolutely terrible. When streaming to my Chromecast it would stop playing after 1 episode forcing me to reconnect after every episode. Their website would also get out of full screen when auto playing from one episode to the next.
I unsubscribed after a few weeks of being annoyed with this shit. Started using sites like 9anime instead and never looked back. While I still have the problems I mentioned above with these sites, at least it's free. There's also more selection and they highlight filler episodes for you.
You should try hidive. Can't even remember the last thing I watched on their homepage so I always have to navigate to my history in the options.
Pretty sure I got sent a settlement notification for using Hidive after some AMC userdata leak.
