They will keep doing that with a lot of stuff. Look at electric cars for example sell them cheap in other markets to get marked share and force other company's out.

So they are going to sell cheap resin and hope other resin factories shutdown in higher wage countries so that everyone meeds to get resin from china like how they did with batteries/resources
