Makes me think about Elden Ring's lore; specifically the Prophets. They saw a vision of the Erdtree burning down and not only went crazy seeing the future (and it could have been an extremely far off future when they were around), they were also treated like criminals for having seen it, even though it wasn't their fucking fault.
